3. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our website, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
To complete your order, you will be asked to provide accurate information including your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and current.

4. Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display current and accurate pricing, but we do not guarantee that all listed prices or product descriptions are free of errors.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued if payment was already processed. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
5. Payment
All orders require payment in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as online payment options such as PayPal.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. If your payment cannot be authorized, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.
6. Custom Products and No Returns
Because all metal prints are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any completed order.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all original packaging and contact us at vita@prometalprint.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review each case and work with you to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a reprint at our discretion.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images or incorrect specifications submitted by the customer. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
7. Order Cancellations
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at vita@prometalprint.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect involves fraud, unauthorized payment use, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, product photos, text, and design — is the property of ProMetalPrint.com and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
By submitting images or files for your order, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to those images or have obtained all necessary permissions to use and reproduce them. ProMetalPrint.com will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from images provided by the customer.
